The Taxibuses have been designed to provide services across designated areas of the county for the same cost as a bus fare. Intending passengers must become members of the scheme. Membership is free - you can download the appropriate form from here or we can send you one - please click here.
Once you have joined you can prebook a place by telephoning the number on the timetable attached to the application form, giving a minimum of 4 hours notice. The taxibus will collect you from your door and take you to a designated drop off point. Fares are detailed on each timetable.
Holders of a Somerset TravelPass can use this on Taxibus services.
It is possible for hotels and bed & breakfasts to join the scheme on behalf of their customers. If you are unsure whether your establishment is eligible to do this please contact us.
If you lose your Taxibus membership card please contact us to request a free replacement.
